How To Care For Your JEM
With the right care, your piece will stay as beautiful as the day it arrived.

Solid Gold (14K & 18K)
Good news — solid gold is built for real life. You can wear it daily, shower in it, swim in it, and take it to the beach without worry. Store it in any jewelry box or pouch when not wearing it.

Plated Jewelry
(Gold-Plated Silver, Brass-Plated & Rhodium)
Plated pieces need a little more love — but nothing complicated.

Store in a dry place, away from humidity (avoid leaving in bathrooms)
Keep in an airtight zip-lock jewelry bag when not wearing — this extends the plating significantly
Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, creams, and cleaning products
Put your jewelry on last, after getting ready
Store pieces separately to prevent scratching
Clean gently with a soft cloth only

Plating can be refreshed as needed — typically once a year or more, depending on wear and skin acidity — so your piece always looks fresh and new.

Gemstone & Diamond Pieces
Natural gemstones are precious — treat them gently. Avoid sharp impacts and store with care. Clean softly with a dry cloth and keep away from harsh chemicals.

Last on, first off. Store it dry, store it separate — and it will stay with you for years.

Gold
Our gold pieces are crafted in solid 14K gold. For special orders, 18K gold is available upon request.
Silver
We work with pure sterling silver, plated in your choice of finish — yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, or rhodium.
Brass
Select pieces, including our bangles, are crafted in brass and plated in 14K gold, 18K gold, or rhodium for a polished, lasting finish.

Stones & Diamonds
We use only natural gemstones, each hand-selected for its character, color, and brilliance. Our diamond pieces feature one of three options:

Moissanite — exceptional sparkle, ethically sourced
Lab-Grown Diamonds — real diamonds, grown with intention
Natural Diamonds & Gemstones — rare, one-of-a-kind, chosen with love

      Worldwide - above 500$ free shipping - under 500$ - 35$ shipping fee
